The purpose of IAA is to promote the use of auction sales as the best method for selling idle industrial equipment and to promote IAA members as the best qualified to conduct such sales.

We further pledge to establish guidelines for the ethical conduct of all our members, who represent the highest level of integrity and professionalism, in dealing with both sellers and buyers of industrial equipment. IAA will promote our members as the standard bearers of those ideals.
